Delivery address (to send the parcel)
Email (if you choose to provide it for receipts or updates)

To pack and deliver your order
To confirm COD orders through WhatsApp or a phone call
To handle the return/exchange process
Occasionally, to inform you about new arrivals or sales (when you want, you can also refuse/opt out of this)

No other purpose. We do not sell your information to anyone, nor do we give it to third-party companies for advertising.

Does the website use cookies?

Yes, only a little, so that the site loads properly and remembers your cart. These are not used to trace your personal identity. If you want, you can also disable them through your browser.

Who is the information shared with?

Only in two places:

Courier company, so that the parcel can reach you
Payment gateway, if you have made an online payment (this does not apply to cash on delivery)

Nothing is shared with anyone else.

Since this is a baby products business, do you also collect children’s data?

No. The website and order process are only for parents/guardians. Children do not fill out any forms themselves, nor does any personal data about them come to us.

How safe is the data?

Only limited staff can access your details, and they are not saved in any unnecessary place. However, we strongly advise you to share your sensitive details (such as your card number) only through the official Baby Maa number or email — do not give them to anyone else, even if they claim to be from “Baby Maa.”

What if I want to check or delete my data?

Just send us a message or give us a call. We can show you the information you have provided and can also delete it upon request. There is no lengthy form or complicated process.

What if the policy is updated?

If there is ever any change, it will be updated on this page along with the date. There is no need to inform you separately.
