Your Trust in BABY MAA

Your trust in BABY MAA is very important to us. The policy below is written in a short and clear way so that every question gets an answer.

Order Preparation

  • Our products are freshly prepared per order (made-to-order) and are perishable, therefore returns or exchanges are not accepted after delivery — unless the cases mentioned below apply.

Missing / Wrong / Damaged Item

  • Please check the parcel immediately upon receiving it.

  • If an item is missing, wrong, or damaged, contact us within 24 hours.

  • You will need to send photos of the packaging and product so that we can investigate immediately.

Expiry Check

  • At the time of delivery, please make sure to check the product’s expiry/manufacturing date. If the product is received expired, report it within 24 hours  a full refund or replacement will be provided.

Taste Preference

  • Every baby has a different taste, so a refund/return is not possible simply because “the baby did not like it.” Before placing your first order, please try our Trial/Sample Pack.

Allergy or Reaction

  • Stop feeding the product immediately.

  • If the symptoms are severe, contact a pediatrician.

  • Inform us immediately — we will collect information from you about the remaining product, batch details, and symptoms and investigate.

  • If the investigation confirms that the quality issue was from our side, a full refund/replacement/store credit will be provided, and BABY MAA will bear the return shipping cost.

Order Cancellation

  • If you want to cancel your order before dispatch, contact us immediately — cancellation is not possible after dispatch.

Storage Responsibility

  • Store the product according to the provided storage instructions (airtight container / fridge). BABY MAA will not be responsible for spoilage caused by incorrect storage.

Refund Process

  • An approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within 4–6 business days.
