Please read these Terms carefully before using the Baby Maa website/store. Placing an order means that you agree to these Terms.

About Us

“Us” and “our” refer to Baby Maa. We deliver homemade food/products prepared at home for babies.

Placing an Order

  • The order will be confirmed once we have verified the payment/COD details.

  • Please provide the correct name, address, and phone number when placing an order — incorrect details may result in a delay or failed delivery.

  • Since every order is prepared fresh, cancellation or changes will not be possible after the order has been confirmed. If you want to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is confirmed: 0337-5966232

Products

  • Our products are fresh, homemade, and made with natural ingredients, so the colour, taste, or texture may be slightly different from batch to batch — this is normal and does not affect the quality.

  • Every baby has different health conditions, allergies, and needs. When starting a new food, please consult your pediatrician.

  • The information provided on the website is for general guidance only and is not medical advice.

Price & Payment

  • Prices may change without notice; the price shown at the time the order is confirmed will be the final price.

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments. For COD orders, the full payment must be made when receiving the order.

Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed — courier delays, weather, or holidays may cause the delivery time to increase.

  • Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel at the time of delivery. Baby Maa will not be responsible in case of an incorrect address or if no one is available to receive the parcel.

Quality Complaint / Return

  • If the product arrives spoiled or damaged, inform us through WhatsApp/call within 24 hours of delivery, along with a video/picture.

  • For a genuine complaint, we will replace or refund the product at our sole discretion.

  • An opened food package cannot be returned due to taste or personal preference.

Privacy

Your information (name, phone number, and address) is used only for order processing and delivery and is not sold to any third party.

Copyright

The content, logo, and images on this website are the property of Baby Maa. Please do not copy or use them without permission.

Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to ensure the quality of our products, but we will not be responsible for any indirect loss (such as wasted time or unmet expectations).

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Placing a new order means that you agree to the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of Pakistan.
